This is an all-level pre/postnatal yoga class. Individuals in any trimester, up to 3 years postpartum, are welcome. 

Supplies needed today:
  • Yoga mat
  • Yoga strap or scarf
  • 2 blocks (or 2-3 stacked books)
  • Yoga bolster (or a rolled-up blanket)
  • Water
  • Playlist if you want to move to music
