This class lets you catch your breath and find a home in your healing postpartum body.

Each class provides guidance and support for all levels of yoga experience.

Through simple movements done with your Baby in your arms or right alongside you, this class is a low-key way to relax and connect with your baby, yourself, and the outside world during those long, and let's be honest, at times lonely and monotonous days of new motherhood.
